Greater Bridgeport Symphony Presents: American Holiday

The Greater Bridgeport Symphony's 55-piece orchestra and Maestro Eduardo Leandro bring the holidays and a Gershwin anniversary into one program. Pianist Jeffrey Biegel plays the Connecticut premiere of Peter Boyer’s Rhapsody in Red White and Blue, a piece tied to the 100th anniversary of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. The program also includes Vince Guaraldi's A Charlie Brown Christmas, Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride and selections from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite.
