Waterflower Florals and Pointed Pen Calligraphy
Watercolor Florals & Pointed Pen Calligraphy Discover the beautiful combination of watercolor painting and modern pointed pen calligraphy in this three-hour creative workshop led by Dina Ruzha. In the first part of the workshop, participants will learn simple watercolor techniques for painting delicate flowers, leaves, and botanical elements. We’ll then explore the basics of modern pointed pen calligraphy, learning how to use a traditional dip pen and ink to create elegant letterforms, words, and short phrases. Finally, we’ll bring the two techniques together, learning how to thoughtfully combine watercolor florals and calligraphy into a harmonious composition and create a finished botanical artwork to take home.
