Early Literacy: Lapsit Storytime

This event will take place in person at Andrew Heiskell Library. Join us for a special time to bond with your little one and meet other caregivers. We will explore the joys of books, songs, and gentle movement in addition to building early learning skills you can practice at home. Come prepared to sit with your child on your lap. Best for children who are pre-walkers and caregivers who prefer a gentle, slow-paced program. Storytime will be followed by open play. Space is limited to 12 children and 12 adults . Tickets will be given out to the first 12 adults when the library opens at 10 a.m. Assistive Listening and ASL ASL interpretation and real-time captioning (CART) are available upon request.
