Early Literacy: Little Movers Storytime: Tots and Tales

Join us to hear stories, sing songs, and get those wiggles out as you help your active child build important early learning skills. Discover ways to promote early literacy at home and meet other caregivers in the neighborhood. Best for new walkers, toddlers/or children at this developmental stage. ***HOW TO REGISTER*** 8 spots will be open for online registration each week, and another 8 spots will be held for walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please register under the child's name. Tickets for walk-ins will be given out at 11 AM at the entrance to the library on the day of the program. Tickets for a waitlist will also be given out. If there are still spots available after 11:20 AM, families will be moved from the waitlist into the story time. The child must be present with their caregiver at the time of check-in. Online registrants must check-in by 11:20 AM at the entrance to the library. If you do not check-in by 11:20 AM, your spot will be given to a family on the waitlist. Online Registration will open one week in advance at 2 PM and will remain open until the 8 spots are filled. Please call the library at 212-714-8400 if you are having difficulties registering. Assistive Listening and ASL ASL interpretation and real-time captioning (CART) are available upon request.
