Early Literacy, NYPL en Español, Summer at the Library: Little Learners: Araceli Poma Music Adventures!

Join singer and teaching artist Araceli Poma for a music adventure! Rooted in Peruvian traditions, each session features live music, storytelling, and puppetry to boost learning through play, movement, and imagination. Families sing, move, laugh, and learn together, fostering a love of language in English and Spanish. For children 18 months to 5 years old and their caregivers.  Program is limited to 15 children. Programs are first come first served. We can not accommodate groups. We may not be able to accommodate latecomers. ¡Acompaña a la cantante y artista docente Araceli Poma en una aventura musical! Basadas en las tradiciones peruanas, cada sesión incluye música en directo, cuentacuentos y títeres para fomentar el aprendizaje a través del juego, el movimiento y la imaginación. Las familias cantan, se mueven, ríen y aprenden juntas, fomentando el amor por el lenguaje tanto en inglés como en español. Para niños de 18 meses a 5 años y sus cuidadores. El programa tiene un aforo limitado a 15 niños. Las plazas se asignan por orden de llegada. No podemos admitir grupos. Es posible que no podamos admitir a quienes lleguen tarde.
