Emma Bowen Storytime

Come join us for a special story time with with the Emma Bowen Community Service Center! Emma Bowen's Project LAUNCH facilitates social/emotional Storytime sessions to help normalize mental health and mental health care, promote co-and-self regulation skills and the other mental health coping skills/strategies for young children and their caregivers, and encourage reflection and discussion around children’s holistic needs and overall well-being from a trauma-informed lens. These sessions are facilitated by an early childhood therapist who can provide information on Emma Bowen's Early Childhood Center and mental health resources in general, while promoting community building and connection through literacy, music, art, and play. Assistive Listening and ASL ASL interpretation and real-time captioning (CART) are available upon request.
