Summer at the Library: STEM Open Play

Join us for an hour of open play with amazing STEM toys: Rigamajig, Geemo and LEGO! Design, build, and play at our STEM Open Play! What is Rigamajig? The Rigamajig is a building kit used for hands-on free play, building, and learning. This collection of wooden planks, wheels, pulleys, nuts, and bolts allows children to follow their curiosity through play, put on their mechanical engineer hat, and build a whole world of unimaginable creatures, vehicles, and more. What is Geemo? Geemo’s flexible, magnetic limbs attract and repel each other in mesmerizing, unpredictable ways. Geemo comes to life in your hands, inspiring you to create and imagine while playing. “what is it?” and “what do I do with it?” are part of the fun. * For ages 4 to 12.* **** Please note there is no elevator available and stroller parking is limited.**** Audience: Children, School Age (6-12 years)
