Summer at the Library: Summer Kickoff at Webster Library

Join us at Webster Library for our Summer Kickoff! 2–6:30 PM - Special giveaways for kids of all ages, while supplies last: Ages 0-5: Early Literacy tote bags Ages 5 and up: NYPL backpacks Ages 5-10: STEAM activity take-home kits 4–5 PM - Amazing World of Animals program for ages 4 and up Join the staff of the New Canaan Nature Center to meet a variety of live animals and get an up-close look at what makes them all so amazing! For children ages 4 and up. Space is limited. Tickets will be available at the circulation desk starting 15 min before the program. All day - Participate in Webster Library's Summer Reading Challenges! Pick up your summer reading tracker. Fill it out throughout the summer and come back to the library to claim prizes! Read in the library for 20 minutes, then add your name to our picnic party poster. Write a book review! Kids will take home a free book for your first review (while supplies last)! Assistive Listening and ASL ASL interpretation and real-time captioning (CART) are available upon request.
