Culture Pass Presents: The Queens Musical Passport

Join Guillermo Laporta, co-founder of CreArtBox, for an interactive music project that connects children and families across Queens through live chamber music concerts. Each performance blends classical repertoire with original works by composer Guillermo Laporta, inspired by the sounds and cultural traditions of the surrounding neighborhood. Children become part of the creative process by helping guide improvisations. Families can collect stamps in a concert passport and use a bilingual English-Spanish activity book to explore different neighborhoods and continue their musical journey beyond the performances.
