Tiny Seeds, Big Feelings with Urban Stages

This music and storytime series explores emotions, language, and nature through movement, storytelling, and singalongs featuring the ukulele, Colombian drums, and gaita flutes. The series culminates in an original puppet show created, illustrated, and performed by Elena Bernal, where a tiny seed grows through big feelings, teaching patience, curiosity, and connection to the earth. The program nurtures early literacy, cultural identity, and community through music, voice, and meaningful interaction. This program is funded by New York State Assembly Member Claire Valdez.
