Chess Club (online)

Chess encourages cooperation, problem solving and strategic thinking skills. Teens will learn chess basics, strategies, tactics and test their skills in 1-on-1 or group chess games. From beginners to ranked champions, all skill levels are welcome! This program will be provided by Allegra Westbrooks Regional (Beatties Ford Road) library staff, and is recommended for all ages/families. Information about this Group Meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. online and 2nd and 4th Wednesday in person. Come learn chess strategies or play against one another. How to Join an Online Program This event takes place on Zoom. Please register at least one day before the event.
