Community cooking classes

Join us for our community cooking classes with Chef Tiore McFarland as we explore pastas, soups, side items and unconventional salads. Chef Tiore is a teacher-turned-chef whose culinary journey spans from her grandfather's garden to classic French culinary training and a Paris apprenticeship. With over eight years of experience in professional kitchens, she now works as a culinary instructor and personal chef.  Driven by a mission to fight food insecurity and obesity, she focuses on teaching novice and experienced cooks how to create easy, vibrant and flavorful meals. What is a Learning Circle? A Learning Circle is a free, lightly facilitated group of learners coming together to achieve educational goals on a variety of topics. A Learning Circle is akin to a book group with a goal of exploring a new topic or skill.
