Adult Somatic Yoga And Guided Meditation

For this yoga session, patrons will experience slow, unhurried movements and breath and then settle into a deeply restful guided meditation where you'll just lie down and rest. The movement will be gentle and accessible. Then gradually, patrons move into the guided meditation portion where both body and mind can fully relax. It is a great way to reset and prepare for the chaos of the holiday season! Instructor note: Please bring a mat and a small blanket for the meditation. If you tend to run cold, please feel free to bring a sweater for extra warmth. You may like to have something underneath your head and can bring a small pillow or cushion for extra comfort.
