Future Minds: High School Student Research Showcase

Family-friendly event in Manhattan, New York.

Join us for the Future Minds High School Student Research Showcase at the Columbia University Department of Psychiatry! Future Minds is a competitive, paid, year-long research internship hosted by the Columbia University Department of Psychiatry in partnership with BioBus and funded by the Dana Foundation. The program connects New York City high school students with Columbia University scientists for hands-on neuroscience research and mentorship. At this showcase, Future Minds interns will present their scientific posters, share their research findings, and discuss the broader scientific implications of their work. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with students, learn about their research projects, and celebrate their accomplishments. We welcome students, families, mentors, researchers, and members of the Columbia community to join us in supporting the next generation of neuroscientists!
